Customer Content
You retain ownership of documents and data you upload or submit (โCustomer Contentโ). You grant Seaprofs AI a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating responses and maintaining system integrity.
AI Outputs and Verification
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and may require validation. You are responsible for verifying outputs against vessel original documents, manuals, and applicable regulations before acting on them.

Seaprofs AI is a premium maritime SaaS platform built around a Verified Information Engine (VIE) that works only with vessel original documents. Availability and features may vary by plan and region.

Document-grounded responses designed to reduce assumptions and support compliant decision-making.
Operational Copilots
Tools such as Digital Compliance Officer and Digital Service Engineer to streamline audits, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Subscriptions and billing
If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, are handled according to applicable law and any written refund policy we provide.
Intellectual property
The Service, including software, interfaces, and branding, is owned by Seaprofs AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
